On January 13th you sent a Plumber to my house in answer to my request to balance the central heating radiators. I do not know the young mans name. When he first arrived I was apprehensive, due to his youthful appearance, that he might not have the experience nor the skill to do the job. My concern proved to be groundless. He carried out the work successfully and in a professional manner. He was polite, courteous and carried out his duties with the minimum of inconvenience to my wife and I. This young man is a real credit to your company, I hope you will inform him of the contents of this letter.
